I subscribed to Allure Beauty Box on May 12th and immediately got a reply saying that they would send an email when the box was shipped – BUT – never gave any indication when that might be. I assumed I would get it sometime in May. When that didn’t happen (no email from them, no explanation and no box of course), I wrote and asked what was going on. They wrote back saying that, due to the popularity of the May box, there were not enough, so my subscription would begin in June, and would be shipped the first week of June. Unless, of course I preferred to cancel. I patiently waited for the June box. Got nothing. Wrote again, and they replied saying that, dud to the popularity of the June box, they ran out and now my subscription would begin in July. Unless, of course, I preferred to cancel . I am waiting for the July box now, but I’m thinking if it doesn’t come, well, 3 strikes and you’re OUT, Allure! VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Compared to last month’s box and the fact that they oversold last month’s box, you would think they would try a little harder with this one. So far very not happy and thinking of cancelling.
It looks like this June box is gonna be a fail not happy with the 2 sneek peeks ?Hope they get better for the other 3 items we get
