Goodbeing, formerly Goodebox, is now using their Goodbeing boxes! Goodbeing is a little different than the standard beauty subscription box because it is a discovery service. You may receive beauty products, cosmetics, wellness and sustainable, toxin-free living goods. Each box will contain 4-5 products ranging from trial-size to full-size.
I love Goodbeing because it has a profile that you fill out upon joining. The profile is comprehensive and took me about 15 minutes to fill out. It’s worth the time because the box is customized based upon your answers. It’s ideal for people like me that have specific skincare needs. My box may not look like your box. I would love to hear what is in your box!
It’s a fun month! Goodebox has slowly been transitioning into Goodbeing since around October 2015. I received a card last month explaining there will be a monthly theme related to the Rafiki bracelet. I am unsure what the theme is for March. I did receive a Water Rafiki Bracelet.
How cool is this? The Water Rafiki Bracelet provides one month of clean water to a child overseas! Check out who we are helping! Type in code 7920-1000 into the tracker to find out. The bracelet can be worn as a necklace, bracelet, or headband.
The Orglamix Lip Scrub ($15.00) is a moisturizing whipped lip scrub which makes the scrub a little softer than regular lip scrubs. The vegan lip scrub contains organic coconut virgin oil, organic neem, and rosemary leaf extract. It has an almost minty scent to it which I think is the stevia that I am smelling. It’s a gentle scrub that can be used daily. I like it! I am overloaded with lip scrubs and am going to add a little almond oil to make it into a body scrub.
You need lip balm to go with the lip scrub! The Pangea Organics Egyptian Fennel with Grapefruit & Sweet Orange Lip Balm ($14.00) uses organic oils that soak into your lip. The organic, gluten-free non-waxy lip balm has a sweet citrus scent. It makes me think of summertime!
Prim Botanicals The Body Oil ($12.00) gets straight to the point. Feel Sexier! I opened the bottle, and all I could smell is rose. I then read the directions and shook the bottle. The body oil is now an intoxicating scent of jasmine, wild rose, black pepper, bergamot, and rosemary. I can’t stop smelling it! The moisturizing formula absorbs quickly.
The American Provence Solid Perfume arrive just as I started to think I was going to miss out on the solid perfume craze. The American Provenance Pinups & Paramours Sweet, Fresh, & Tropical Solid Perfume ($12.50) makes me want to go to the beach! The ingredients are simple – grapeseed oil, beeswax, and an essential oil blend of coriander, mandarin, and tangerine. The solid perfume is a little softer than a balm and easy to apply. I am going to wear it today and daydream about the beach.
Goodbeing provided its subscribers with a $10.00 credit code to swap.com. It’s a good fit for us subscription box lovers!
The March 2016 Goodbeing Box has a fun vibe to it. The items compliment each other and will be used. I am going to check my profile to see if I can remove floral scents from my profile. The body oil smells wonderful but is almost too floral for me. My box may differ from yours because of the customization involved in curating the box. It has a great mix of affordable organic products and luxury beauty.

In place of the body oil and lip scrub you received, I got an Orglamix Enlighten Luminizer (should be fun for summer) and S.W. Basics Exfoliator (haven’t tried yet). Love the lip balm and while I’ll never wear the bracelet- it’s for a good cause. Surprisingly my favorite item was the American Provenance deodorant (same scent as your solid perfume). I like the smell, and it’s the first natural deodorant that has truly worked for me (even held up after the gym). Interested to see what April brings…
Em, thank you for sharing! I need to check out the deodorant. I haven’t found a natural deodorant that can keep up with me when working on the farm.
Me to We is AWESOME. I first learned of them because they’re currently doing a collaboration with David’s Tea – the limited edition tea is amazing, btw. I bought the ‘Besties’ set of rafikis for me and my best friend. They’re reasonably priced and it is so awesome to see where exactly your money is going.
That is wonderful to hear!
