The Popsugar Must Have + QVC box launched May 29 and arrived June 2, which is the fastest shipping ever (I also live within hours of QVC). It was about the only thing it had going for it. Although I happily purchased it, mine was a dud. The Popsugar + QVC Boxes were $99.95 + $3 shipping and 5 payments on Easy Pay. I have to say that I’m very excited about the Summer 2015 Popsugar Special Edition Box – but really quite disappointed in this collaboration, and especially in QVC, which I love!

To be quite honest, everything look great and I started opening everything.
The box contained:

This is great, of course! Always useful.
We own tons of detangling brushes, but this has a nice cover.
I sampled one of each – they were all tasty.
I didn’t care for the style.
There is glue and scratches all over the arms to these glasses. They’re obviously returns not properly checked.
This looks fun to try.
So does this.
But the box looks old stock.
Like it had been opened before.
This isn’t mascara, it’s black chalk for my lashes (or it’s been opened before, or just old). It’s almost completely dried out.
I didn’t care for the pattern on the hoops. I think they’re new.
Fortunately the GlamGlow is brand new – it came in a plastic wrapper.

Did you have similar problems with your box? If they’d come straight from PSMH, I’d expect a replacement. In this case I have to pay to return it. I just checked with QVC and they said that I can return it even if I opened everything, but this is a terrible track record. So disappointed in my box!

You should really launch a full on complaint about those glasses because that is unacceptable!! And insult to injury…having to pay to return something they sent defective?! NO WAY!! I’d also bring up the mascara…you really did not have a lot of luck, except maybe with the color of your earrings – that you don’t se to like. Yikes!
they sent me a new label with the postage paid. one of my friends said to just get rowdy with them, so i wrote them and said i needed a paid return label because the items were damaged. done!
I got the gold hoops in mine and really wanted the rose gold even silver. Would anyone want to trade?
I like the style of glasses and may look for someone trading them on edivv.com but the scratches are unacceptable. Sorry you had such a bum experience with this box.
Ridiculous! I hope QVC either replaces the items or refunds you. Major quality control failure. Even when people want to swap “new” mascara I won’t unless it’s in a sealed container (not just a box). Once it’s opened once, even just to look at the color, it’s a wrap on that tube. That’s all it takes to start the drying process.
Those glasses look like they are made for men. For $99.00, I would expect individual wrapping of items. The dried out mascara just is horrible.
Yeah… Those glasses are unacceptable. Other people like the mascara so I’m thinking yours was also a defect… I feel like you should complain about those glasses.
