Wantable Style Edit is a brand new personal styling subscription. I was so very impressed with it my first go round. It works just like Stitch Fix – fill out your style profile and size info, pay a $20 styling fee (credited against your purchase), and if you buy everything in your edit, you’ll save 25%! Wantable also has style subscriptions for accessories, makeup, or intimates wear, plus another personal styling subscription for fitness clothing!
The Style Edit is our new personal styling service. Similar to our Fitness Edit, the Style Edit is a service that allows you to try before you buy. This means you get to try on 5 handpicked items in the comfort of your own home before paying for them. Item prices are based on your personal preferences but usually range from $50-$100 each.
The Style Edit is a monthly subscription, but you can skip a month or cancel at any time. Currently Edits are only available to customers in the 50 U.S. States.
The information card details each item and the price. I really thought all the prices were reasonable and I received high end items!
BCBGeneration Knit Cocktail Dress ($78) I thought this dress was amazing! It’s quite a revealing little number but so hot. I thought this was a great pick.
I just loved the style of this dress!
BB Dakota Lace Top ($80) Because it’s white and see through, this top was an automatic no for me.
DEX Basic Black Racerback Tank ($22) A good basic with a nice racerback.
I was happy that Wantable provided an item that you could get your money back on at a low cost if you didn’t want to purchase the other styles in your box.
DEX New York Moto Jacket ($89) I loved this. I totally dig the style in general (punk/biker inspired) as well as the channel stitched accents on the sleeves and on the lower back. And of course the hardware!
Great, high-style jacket.
Nice shaping, too. Ohhh I just realized I got the jacket that the girl is wearing on the Style Edit page on Wantable! And actually the whole box was almost exactly the same as the “Rock” profile (that I selected as Love).
Freeway Fully Beaded Skirt ($98) Absolutely gorgeous, and the beading was high quality, nothing missing or anything like that. I liked the Aztec-inspired style.
I believe that these are all brands you can purchase in high end (though not luxury) department stores. I actually wanted to buy nearly everything but I didn’t really do my style profile for my every day needs – just what looked cute and fun to me (I thinkWantable really delivered on that). I find going shopping in general and especially with my kids very frustrating, so it was like going clothes shopping with a personal shopper. I have reviewed lots of clothing subscriptions and was particularl impressed with this first round and will continue to subscribe.
The May Style Edit sold out, so be sure to subscribe for June now before that sells out too!

I have just received my first edit from wantable and in it I received the same lace top by BB Dakota, only mine is listed at $70 retail. I just got my box on May 26th. Yours is listed at $80, that seems kind of weird to me.
It could reflect competitive pricing that they found or they might discount clothes from a previous month. I received that box a couple weeks before I posted it too.
This is an interesting box. I love what they picked for you and I love that I have actually heard of some of the brands so they don’t feel so out there. I think that is my problem with some of the other clothing boxes is that they have brands I’ve never heard of and the item costs so much I’m just like uhm no way but if its something I’ve at least heard of then I’m more likely to pay for it.
That’s because most of the other clothing subs use boutique brands. Which are cute and unique, but I never felt like I was getting my money’s worth. I’m glad to see Wantable is different. This is definitely on my must try list!
