Everything that came in this month’s shipment.

The April theme is Veterinarian! The label on the top of the box describes each item and how it might be used in the pretend play.

The box came with Patient Record & Appointment Card printouts, as well as adult guidance and special tips for the kids to help them learn about being a pet Vet.

I thought this was so cute! The box came with an head cone, face masks, fleas with velcro on the back, a syringe, tongue depressors, and a bandage.

There’s also a pretend bag of pet food!

As well as an X-ray kit!

My daughter couldn’t wait at all to play with this.  She got up at 3:30am to get started.

No, I’m not kidding.

Pluto was thoroughly inspected for fleas, fixed up with a cone of shame, and x-rayed.

The X-ray also revealed that he has a wet nose.

She must have talked about the box on the bus because our neighbor (5th grade) came over to play too.

This was a wonderfully inventive box. We adore this subscription, which is totally different every month! My daughter has a stack of Bramble Boxes and she gets out all of them to play with again, which is surprising, because she’s not very into toys and doesn’t play with any new toy for long.

A few days later a stethoscope from Learning Resources arrived as a special extra!
