Little Lace Box is a fun and unique monthly subscription box for women.  Every box is hand-curated around an unusual monthly theme (see the April theme spoilers below to get an idea!) and contains beauty, lifestyle, and home products that you will love! Currently a Mother’s Day Gift Box is available but subscriptions aren’t open for the April box – I will let you know when they are!

The theme for March was Here Comes the Sun. This box was curated to nourish your mind, body, and soul!

The information card gives the complete details on each item and why they were selected.

The items in the March box! One item wasn’t included in this box!

Canvas Print Photo ($51.99) All subscribers will receive a digital code via email to redeem for a 12×12 gallery wrap mounted canvas print! You will upload your photo at this page. I think this is a great item – when I’ve received these codes in the past I would have had to pay big bucks to redeem (I’m looking at you Popsugar).

Cali Baronessa Torocco or Olivia Shampoo & Conditioner ($32)

All-Natural Urban Spa Sea Sponge ($14)

I love this sponge! It’s so fabulous and has great cleansing power. I received the Torocco Shampoo and Conditioning Treatment, which has a fabulous Sicilian Red Orange infusion. Oh and Urban Sea engages in responsible harvesting practices so as to not deplete this renewable resource!

Kate Spade Water Bottle ($29.99) Is it fabulous? Yes it is! The glitter flakes off a bit, but that’s ok, because glitter water bottle. I don’t love the top, but the glass bottle keeps your water super fresh tasting.

I really liked this box – I’m excited to make the print my own. The water bottle is a wow and fun item to me, the sponge and hair items weren’t wow but they will be used for sure, and I might fall in love with them (I’m not a fancy shampoo purchaser – but I like to purchase stuff that is good for my hair).

The March Little Lace Box had a total retail value of around $125. The box is $39.99 per month and you can save $10 on your first box with code LLB10 – when subscriptions are available again. Be sure to subscribe to my email newsletter – I’ll post when it happens!

The Theme For the April Little Lace Box: Nonna’s Kitchen

IMG_0858

This letter was actually really funny. I guess subscribers write in to LLB more than they do other boxes, because the curators really talk to you (which is one of the reasons we all love this box!). The letter goes from Jimmy Webb (those sisters have some old school musical tastes) to subscribers hating baths and lotions to what the theme is for April – things for you and your kitchen, inspired by their Italian heritage and their two grandmothers. I’m totally hungry already!

Again, no new subs available in April, which I think is a good move. Golden Tote recently relaunched their site and had tons of issues, and they probably should have waited.  It’s a hard business call to make in an industry that requires you to be on point every month.

How Little Lace Box Works & the Point System
Little Lace Box is like Popsugar Must Have Box in that you’ll be getting a mix of items from all different categories – it’s a lifestyle subscription box for women. And it’s like Birchbox because they have POINTS! You will receive 200 points for opening up an account, one LLB point for each dollar spent in the boutique, and you also receive 50 LLB points for reviewing your product after you receive it. For every 50 points you accumulate, you get one LLB reward dollar to spend in the shop. So if you open up an account and get a one year subscription ($383.90) you’ll have earned 584 points. PLUS you get another 50 for every item you review, plus your review of the box. You will even get a reminder email 5 days after the box ships reminding you to review.

Brandy, where do you review your items at? I see a place to review items in the shop, is this where I’d leave my review to earn points? Thank you!
