It also comes with explore! magazine. Each issue features a short comic, experiments and puzzles or picture or word find type games. My son likes to complete the explore! activities cover-to-cover before proceeding to the crafts.
It has additional information and crafts and activities you can complete with household supplies to keep the fun going.
My kids love explore magazine, especially the cut out project in the back.
This month had an extra booklet, the Science of Sports.
I liked how the booklet connected the crafts to more educational and experimental activities.

my basketball game. The kids loved this hoop. We used the included materials to make a stamp and stamped on the blue “net.”

Hours of fun were had – we are still playing with this one.
my pom-pom soccer. In this one the kids used the included craft materials to build a playing field for table soccer.
This activity was irresistible – they couldn’t even wait to play before completing. They have played through dinner, etc.
Steve is a soccer player too!
We used some washi tape to make some football uprights in the dining room. This was a fun box and the kids can never wait to get in to their Kiwi Crate!
