There’s also a vegetarian box available. This is a solid meal subscription box with easy and accessible recipes. They recently refreshed their recipe cards, and we’ll cover that next week (I really love them!).

Roasted Salmon with Burst Cherry Tomatoes & Green Beans – When my husband opened this box he ran up the stairs to tell me how amazing the produce was. And it was totally great! Everything in this box was at its prime. I think Hello Fresh packs their food the best.

The flavors in these meals were just amazing. Although the ingredients were simple everything was bursting with flavor. I loved the roasted tomatoes.

Peppercorn Steak with Baby Potatoes & Creamed Spinach – We’ve had this meal before and were not sorry to have it again.

This was a HUGE portion of steak and spot on for a great Valentine’s Day meal at home.  The entire box ($69) was less than a fancy restaurant for 2.

Tuscan Pork Linguine – I wasn’t going to order this one and then noticed that the pork was sausage so I ordered it. There were actually only 2 small sausages, so that was a bit disappointing, but the taste of this was so good.

Adding the lemon twist was so unexpected and so delightful. Hello Fresh is very good at remixing those familiar ingredients into new flavors but without the “ew” factor. Take $40 off your first box with coupon code 7UT7K8.
