I got my Ipsy bag on Saturday, but I’ve been super lame and somewhat behind on reviews! Whoops! Didn’t stop me playing with everything. I actually spend my off time actually sampling everything so I know what to say about it. Plus, IT’S SUPER FUN Y’ALL. Ipsy is one of the most fun bags because it’s cheap and I never know what I’m going to get. I lie, I looked at my glam room, but it doesn’t mean I remember it.

June 2014 Ipsy Glam Bag
I LOVE REBECCA MINKOFF. This month Ipsy was worth it just for the Minkoff bag. I actually had 5 products, one didn’t fit in the bag. I didn’t realize!
Laneige BB Cushion Sample ($2) This had a pouf and 3 different shades of this BB cream in a little cushion to sample. I’ve received similar things before. I was honestly like, what, I spent my points on this? But it wasn’t points, it’s part of my bag.
The other stuff – the NYX palette and the Jouer glosses I cashed in my points for! I have that exact palette already so it’s in the giveaway pile (which is SO huge, I have a trip next week and then I’m running some serious giveaways. Glosses are for moi.
Rebecca Minkoff designed the bag this month. LOVE IT. I noticed it didn’t have the IPSY tag on the zipper! When they get it working you can use IPSYRM to save 20% at RM, which is nuts.
NYX Butter Gloss ($5) This is a fun gloss! Mine is in “Apple Strudel” and it’s much more melon colored in person than my photo, I think! A little sticky but it’s OK.
Nicka K Shimmer Eyeliner ($4.99) I love this! Seriously it’s such a great color, goes on perfectly, and doesn’t budge!
Marc Anthony Dream Waves Beach Spray ($3.25) I honestly haven’t tried this one yet! I love getting sea salt spray and I’ll totally use it year round, I just get behind on them in the summer when everyone sends them!
MD SolarSciences SPF 30 Mineral Tinted Creme ($1.50) Unlike the one I received in a bag in March, this one is all the way full. I love tinted sunscreen, it makes me feel a little more polished!
This is surely the lowest value Ipsy bag I’ve ever received but I don’t really care (I think around $15). I love the bag (which I didn’t count) and I’ll use everything. Plus, I didn’t get that terrible mascara that stinks and makes your eyes water! Tell me what you got in your bag!

I got the lip gloss in creme brulee – don’t like gloss, which I’ve told ipsy before, so I’m annoyed about getting it. Also, the color is way too pale for me. (Wish I could explain to ipsy that natural doesn’t mean invisible makeup – eye shadow the same color as my skin is pointless.) I also got the beach spray stuff – short straight hair makes that useless, the fragrance (like it, but the spray leaks), an eyebrow pencil (don’t need that), and the mascara which I’m now a bit afraid of – haven’t used anything but Clinique mascara for years because others made me pull my eyelashes out. The print on my bag didn’t come out as pretty as yours, but it is nice. All in all, one of my least favorite ipsy bags.
Yeah don’t use the mascara!!!!! I kind of have a thing about eyeball safety, I would not use it!
I thought to be fair I’d try the mascara, so I put just a little on – and had to remove it. It really is terrible. Don’t know what they were thinking with that,
Ugh, I got that terrible mascara. I tried it and it was awful. But some of the other stuff was fun. I really liked the NYX gloss.
