RocksBox Jewelry Rental Subscription Box Review – May 2014

I love Rocks Box. It’s really one of my favorite subscription boxes. Here are my top reasons you should love Rocks Box too:

1. It’s insured. I put out my last Rocks Box package, along with 2 other boxes (including the FabFitFun VIP Giveaway!) for mail pickup. I went to also put out a tax return extension (shush) and I noticed… it was missing. Someone had stolen it. Probably the FedEx guy who refuses to deliver to me this week. I was upset about it – each box typically contains around $200 in jewelry. And whomever stole the package knew it – but they were not smart enough to steal the other mail. I am pretty sure it’s my next door neighbor who moved out a few days later. Not only did Rocks Box cover it, they gave me a credit for the inconvenience of waiting a few days for my next box to see if the person who had stolen it had a change of heart. What? They not only didn’t charge me, they gave me a credit. Unbelievably great customer service.
2. No clutter. You subscribe, get jewelry, send it back. No clutter, no closets full of old trends. Just what’s wearable now.
3. It pushes my boundaries. I wear jewelry that I absolutely never would have considered before – ever. No seriously, I got this box and I said to myself WTH Rocksbox, I will never wear these giant round earrings and huge stone danglies. And I love them. I am going to keep this box for a while to give everything a good test drive, but I’m leaning towards keeping at least one pair of these earrings!
