Loot Crate is one of our favorite family subscription boxes. It seems to always have something for everyone, and it all gets claimed rather quickly! February’s Loot Crate Theme was “Warriors.” I honestly don’t know what most of the stuff is in this box. It happens – everyone has their own universes that they are into and sometimes you are just lost on a particular theme. I get the general idea of warriors but I don’t know anything about the specific YouTube series. I was psyched to see some of my fave characters though. I think I’m basically a casual geek 🙂
The Description: Lootcrate is a subscription box full of gamer-ific loot for geeks and gamers. Past crates have included figurines, candy, stickers, gift cards, accessories, more figurines, buttons, books, postcards, shirts, stickers, games, you name it, all with a geeky, game-y flair.
The Price: $20/month
The Coupon: Use promo code LOOT2014 to save $3 on any subscription
February 2014 Loot Crate Review – Warriors
Every box of Loot Crate comes with this new mini mag, and it’s getting really nice. There’s more in it with every box!
This OpenMe card says “I love you like Bacon.” Ignore the whole get a free OpenMe account because you are a Loot Crate member – anyone can get one (and I used this service to send the Cusack card to bestie for V-Day). I also got a coupon for a free digital comic (I will never use this) and a sticker for the kids!
Bravest Warriors Bow Tie – Although I have no idea what Bravest Warriors is, I was psyched to see something completely different in this box. I have a 12 year old niece that will love this – if my kids don’t claim it first.
Dunny Side Show figurine – Ours was a weird thing with a camera lens instead of a face. My kids were mildly disturbed.
GPS Cinch Bag – GPS is something I don’t get, but I’ll use this for packing! Of course I also got my button!
Alpha Battle T-Shirt – I would’ve skipped Loot Crate this month, but I heard there was another t-shirt, so I hung in! Love this one!
You can save $3 on Loot Crate with code MARCHLOOT, so go check them out if you’d like to subscribe!
